Moving Assistance Contract

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing this contract. By signing this contract, you signified your agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not sign this contract. Duker’s Movers LLC may modified these terms and conditions at any time.

Moving Assistance

Thank you for choosing Duker’s Movers LLC to assist you and your family move. The following policies have been established to protect you and Duker’s Movers and to make your move as pleasant as possible. Please feel free to read this contract and the attached fee schedule carefully and sign both pages at the bottom.

Contract Specifics


Arrival time: Duker’s Movers will provide you with an estimated time of arrival when you schedule moving assistance. We will do everything possible to arrive at the estimated time and will notify you if we are running early or late in case of such an event customers will be notified ahead of time.


Packing: services may be contracted separately. Unless other arrangements are made, customer will be responsible for all packing. However, for additional fee, Duker’s Movers will assist with packing prior to the actual move. Packing must be done at least one day in advance of move and does not affect the minimum charge for the move. Duker’s Movers will not be responsible for damage to items that were not packed properly by the customer.

We are only liable for damages to items that were packed by employees of Duker’s Movers. Duker’s Movers is fully insured for damages caused to cargo in transport due to being involved in an accident.


Moving assistance services are billed hourly, with a three hour minimum. The time begins when our employee arrives at your location and ends when your goods have been unloaded from our truck. After the first three hours, services are billed hourly in one hour increments. Your deposit covers your first three hours of assistance depending on number of movers hired.


Moving services include: 24’ truck, blankets and dollies, movers to assist with loading and unloading, upon our cheap price there are no millage fee and you also receive 20 miles radius for free.


Deposit: A deposit is required when reservation for services is made. The balance is due when the move is completed. Payment may be made by cash, money order, or credit cards. Checks are not accepted for payment. If you cancel a move, your deposit will be refunded. If payment was made by credit card, your deposit, less the service charge, will be credited back to your card. If the deposit was made in cash, you will need to make arrangements to meet a representative of Duker’s Movers to have your deposit refunded, less the service charge.

Duker’s Movers do not move flammable or hazardous substances, liquids, jewelry, cash, pets, or photographic equipment. All appliances must be disconnected by customers or qualified service person.

Deposit amount for the first 3 hours for moving are determine by the number(s) of movers that are present. After the minimum hours are exceeded client(s) are subject to pay $100 an hour. Extra time is billed in half-hour increments.
